Isle of Wight Cowes Week Regatta 2023
Every August, Cowes on the Isle of Wight takes centre stage in the sailing world. Since 1826, the Cowes Week Regatta has transformed the Solent into a maritime spectacle, drawing thousands of competitors and spectators alike.
This year the event will take place between 29 July - 4 August 2023.
The regatta offers a captivating week-long festival of sailing and showcases an array of boats, from sleek modern racers to classic yachts. With up to 40 races each day, it brings together over 8,000 competitors and attracts around 100,000 visitors annually.
As races conclude, Cowes buzzes with a vibrant atmosphere of music, food, and celebration.
